This department is responsible for superior patient care and primary (preventive) health care including occupational medicine.
VISION
Healthy people in a healthy workforce.
This will be achieved through:
- Further development of the Medical team through training and education in subjects: Occupational Medicine, Emergency Response and Latest medical treatment protocols;
- Occupational Medicine monitoring which contributes to the OSHA 18001 certification;
- Updated patient care and emergency response;
- Optimization of patient care focusing on preventive medicine;
- In collaboration with HR improved re-integration of employees and case management;
- Healthy lifestyle: implementation of Work Place Wellness Plan framework and analysis of the data.
